The iconic nerd multimedia company Critical Role has announced its live show schedule for 2027. As part of The Nerdy Best Friends Tour, certain cities around North America and Europe will play host to three exciting adventures run by three different GMs, including the latest installment of Campaign 4.
The Nerdy Best Friends Tour 2027 Live Show Schedule
This year's The Nerdy Best Friends Tour for 2027 will bring game masters Sam Riegel, Matt Mercer, and Brennan Lee Mulligan to several major cities, including Toronto, Canada, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Stockholm, Sweden.
On April 10, at Toronto, Canada's Scotiabank Arena, Sam Riegel will lead the Darrington Brigade through an adventure in Wildemount. He will GM a table joined by Matt Mercer, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Liam O' Brien, Travis Willingham, and Laura Bailey.
Indianapolis, Indiana's Gainbridge Fieldhouse will be hosting Brennan Lee Mulligan's tale within the land of Araman setting on August 5. He will be joined by the entire main cast of Critical Role Campaign 4 for an original adventure using Dungeons & Dragons 5.5e rules live on stage.
Lastly, Matt Mercer will guide the party Bell's Hells in an Exandria adventure using the Daggerheart system at Stockholm's Avicii Arena on November 9, 2027.
“With a new Game Master and cast of characters at each stop, fans in every city will get to experience a different side of Critical Role,” said Brittany Walloch-Key, Critical Role’s Director of Events. “We can’t wait to reunite with our nerdy best friends, both at the table and in the audience!”
The Nerdy Best Friends Tour aims to continue the shared experience that helped make Critical Role into the actual play icon that it is today. Each show will tell a standalone story, allowing newcomers to enjoy the fun while rewarding longtime fans. For those dedicated fans who have a Beacon subscription, they'll be able to buy tickets early starting on November 4. For everyone else, tickets will be available on November 6.
